6. Inspection & Return Handling Terms

6.1 Inspection

Inspection scope is limited to what is requested and operationally feasible.

Inspection results are informational and are not an authenticity certificate, valuation or professional technical report.

Customer-visible media and notes relate only to what could reasonably be observed during the inspection.

6.2 Inspection entitlement

An inspection allowance is normally reserved/consumed when the request is submitted.

If cancelled before work begins, VALERIA may restore the allowance.

After work begins, the allowance is normally not restored.

6.3 Return handling

VALERIA can prepare and hand an eligible return to the relevant carrier or return channel where instructions are available.

You remain responsible for retailer eligibility and deadlines.

VALERIA does not guarantee a merchant refund.

6.4 Return entitlement

A return-handling allowance is normally reserved/consumed when requested.

If cancelled before work begins, VALERIA may restore the allowance.

After work begins, the allowance is normally not restored.

6.5 Storage effect

When an item or parcel is successfully returned or otherwise leaves VALERIA custody, its active storage usage may be removed from your storage balance.

Its original incoming-parcel allowance is not restored.
