4. Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy

VALERIA is intended for ordinary personal retail shopping.

You must not intentionally send goods that are unlawful at the receiving location or whose receipt, storage, handling or planned delivery would be unlawful.

Items we may refuse or require prior written approval for include:

• firearms, ammunition and weapons;
• explosives or fireworks;
• illegal drugs and controlled substances;
• hazardous, toxic, corrosive or flammable materials;
• dangerous chemicals;
• live animals;
• perishable goods;
• cash, bearer instruments or similar negotiable valuables;
• counterfeit or unlawful goods;
• alcohol, nicotine or age-restricted goods where receipt/handling is restricted;
• loose or carrier-restricted batteries and other dangerous goods;
• unusually large, heavy or bulky goods;
• very high-value goods; and
• any item restricted by the relevant hub, landlord, storage provider, carrier or law.

VALERIA may require additional information before deciding whether an item can be accepted.

If a prohibited or unsafe item arrives, VALERIA may isolate it, refuse further handling, require return/removal, or take another step reasonably required by law or safety. We will not promise destruction, sale or ownership transfer except where applicable law permits it.
