5. Storage & Unclaimed Goods Policy

5.1 Included storage

Your Access includes only the storage limits shown in your purchased product.

5.2 Access expiry

Before or after Access expiry, you are responsible for arranging the next step for goods still held by VALERIA.

Options may include:

• delivery or handover;
• return where possible;
• release;
• purchase of an eligible extension; or
• another agreed arrangement.

5.3 Additional storage

If additional storage charges become necessary, you will be told the applicable price or pricing basis before we charge you.

5.4 Unclaimed goods

Goods do not automatically become VALERIA property because Access expires.

If goods remain unclaimed, we may make reasonable contact attempts using the details on your account and issue notices required by applicable law.

After required notice and only where legally permitted, unclaimed goods may be returned, retained, sold or disposed of in accordance with applicable law. Any legally required treatment of sale proceeds will be followed.
