7. Travel Preparation & Delivery Terms

7.1 Separate service

Travel Preparation, suitcase services and destination delivery/handover are separate from standard VALERIA Access unless expressly included in the purchased product.

7.2 Travel Preparation

Travel Preparation may include consolidation, organisation, packing or preparation of eligible shopping for the agreed trip plan.

The scope and price are shown or quoted before purchase.

7.3 Suitcase

Where VALERIA supplies a suitcase, the model/specification, price and included service will be shown before purchase.

7.4 Delivery quote

Destination delivery is priced separately.

The final quote may depend on:

• actual/chargeable weight;
• volume/dimensions;
• number of units/suitcases;
• destination;
• delivery zone;
• delivery method;
• timing;
• special handling; and
• relevant operational costs.

No destination-delivery charge is due merely because you submit a delivery request.

7.5 EU and USA operating methods

Depending on destination, delivery may use a carrier-based parcel method, pickup-point method or local concierge handover.

The exact available option is confirmed before payment.

7.6 Customer availability

You must provide correct destination and contact details and comply with any reasonable collection/handover instructions.

If re-delivery is needed because of customer-provided information or unavailability, an additional charge may apply only after it is disclosed.
